Welcome to the website for Sandwell Community Health Network, known as CHN - a public health programme targeted at the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in Sandwell. 

CHN employs community based Health Development Workers with language and cultural skills to work with and target communities.  CHN works with service providers and community groups to develop and deliver appropriate services accessible to all communities.
